1. Integration
On the left sidebar, go to Settings → Data connections.
2. On Meta integration, click “Connect” → A new window will open / A pop up will appear → Select “Connect Meta Account.”
3. Approve permissions
Confirm permissions in the Facebook dialog → Allow.
💡 Tip: If you manage multiple brands, connect them all now — you can filter later by brand/account.
4. Choose business + ad accounts
Select the Ad Accounts you want upspring to access.
5. Verify sync
Back in Upspring, you’ll see a status indicator that says Active.
First sync usually completes within 2 minutes.
6. Troubleshooting:
I don’t see my ad account? You might not be an admin.
Permission error: Disconnect, re-connect, and ensure all toggles remain ON in the Facebook dialog.
Why am I not seeing any data? Give it a few minutes, then visit Creative analytics. If still empty, contact upspring's support and we will help.
