🧠 What is Creative AI Analysis?

Every creative in Upspring comes with a built-in AI Insights panel that helps you turn performance data into next-step actions.
When you click any creative in a report, you’ll see a detailed view powered by Upspring’s AI Creative Engine — your personal analyst for visual performance.

By clicking on any creative on the report you'll open the creative insights view

💬 What you can do inside the Creative View

1️⃣ AI Analysis

Get a context-aware benchmark of your creative against your entire ad account.
Upspring’s AI reviews historical performance patterns, similar concepts, and engagement trends to surface:

  • Strengths (what makes this ad work)

  • Weak points (where viewers drop or disengage)

  • Concrete ideas for next iterations (e.g., “Test shorter intro before product reveal,” “Swap CTA phrasing,” “Use brighter lighting for faster recognition”)

💡 Think of it as your creative strategist — powered by your own data.

2️⃣ View Breakdowns

Dig into the data behind the insights.
You can open Breakdowns to see detailed metrics by:

  • Gender & Age

  • Placement (Feed, Story, Reels, etc.)

  • Copy Variant (if multiple versions exist)

Each breakdown helps you validate whether the AI’s findings align with real audience behavior.

3️⃣ Ask AI 💬

Start a free-form chat with your creative’s context already loaded.
Ask questions like:

  • “What makes this ad perform better than my last UGC video?”

  • “How can I improve retention in the first 3 seconds?”

  • “Which part of this ad resonates most with women 25-34?”

The AI has full access to your account-level performance data, your naming rules, and tagged attributes, so its answers are personalized and actionable.

🧩 It’s not a generic chatbot — it knows your brand, your ads, and your performance.

4️⃣ View & Edit Auto Tags

Upspring automatically analyzes and tags every creative using the schema you define (e.g., {format}, {style}, {product_focus}, {tone}).

You can:

  • View the detected tags

  • Manually edit or override them

  • Or let the AI re-generate tags based on your schema

These tags power smarter filtering, clustering, and AI comparisons across your account — keeping your entire creative library organized and searchable.

By combining AI Analysis, Breakdowns, Ask AI, and Auto Tagging, you get a 360° understanding of each creative — what works, why it works, and how to make it even better.
